These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by ZELL Aesthetic Clinic (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Clinic”) located at Unit 219, Block D, Al Razi Building 64, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai, UAE.
By booking a consultation, receiving treatment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services Provided
ZELL Aesthetic Clinic provides aesthetic and dermatological treatments including but not limited to:
- Injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers)
- Advanced skin treatments (skin remodeling, IPL, HIFU)
- Medical-grade facial treatments
- Skincare consultations and assessments
All services are provided under medical supervision by qualified healthcare professionals.
Consultation and Assessment
Initial Consultation
All new patients must attend a consultation before receiving treatment. During consultation:
- A medical assessment will be conducted
- Treatment suitability will be determined
- Treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes will be discussed
- Pricing will be provided based on your individualized treatment plan
Medical Suitability
Not all patients are suitable candidates for all treatments. We reserve the right to decline treatment if:
- Medical assessment determines treatment is unsafe or inappropriate
- You have contraindications or medical conditions that preclude treatment
- You have unrealistic expectations that cannot be met
- You fail to disclose relevant medical information

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than [15-20] minutes late may result in:
- Shortened treatment time
- Rescheduling to another date
- Forfeiture of appointment without refund
Payment Terms

Payment Timing

Insurance
Aesthetic treatments are generally not covered by insurance. Payment is the responsibility of the patient regardless of insurance status.
Refunds
Treatment Services: Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable.
Medical Information and Consent

You must provide accurate and complete information regarding:

- Allergies or sensitivities

Medical Records

Treatment Outcomes and Expectations
No Guarantee of Results
While we strive for optimal outcomes, aesthetic treatments involve variables beyond our control. We cannot guarantee:
- Specific results or outcomes
- Permanent or indefinite results
- That results will meet your subjective expectations
Individual Variation
Treatment results vary based on individual factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, medical conditions, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
Realistic Expectations
We will provide honest assessments during consultation. Patients with unrealistic expectations may be declined treatment.
Risks and Complications
All medical and aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks. Common risks include but are not limited to:
- Bruising, swelling, or redness
- Temporary discomfort or pain
- Infection
- Allergic reactions
- Asymmetry or uneven results
- Need for additional treatment or correction
Serious complications, while rare, may include:
- Scarring
- Skin damage or discoloration
- Vascular complications
- Nerve damage
All risks will be discussed during your consultation and outlined in your informed consent form.
Patient Responsibilities
Pre-Treatment
You are responsible for:
- Following all pre-treatment instructions provided
- Disclosing all relevant medical information
- Arriving with clean skin (no makeup for facial treatments)
- Avoiding contraindicated activities (e.g., blood thinners, sun exposure as advised)
Post-Treatment
You are responsible for:
- Following all aftercare instructions
- Attending follow-up appointments as scheduled
- Reporting any unusual symptoms or complications promptly
- Avoiding activities that may compromise results (e.g., sun exposure, certain skincare products)
Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions may result in complications or suboptimal results for which the Clinic is not liable.
Photography and Marketing
Clinical Photography
We may take photographs before and after treatment for:
- Medical record documentation
- Treatment planning and assessment
- Professional development and training
Clinical photographs are stored confidentially as part of your medical record.
Marketing Use
Use of your photographs, testimonials, or personal information for marketing purposes requires separate written consent. You may:
- Consent to use of images for marketing, website, or social media
- Decline consent without affecting your treatment
- Withdraw consent at any time
Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property

- Events beyond our reasonable control
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Services
We are not liable for services or products provided by third parties, including but not limited to:
- Recommended skincare products manufactured by others
- Services provided by external practitioners or facilities
- Equipment manufactured by third parties (when used according to specifications)
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZELL Aesthetic Clinic, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your failure to disclose relevant medical information
- Your failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions
- Misrepresentation of information provided to the Clinic
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed informed consent forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZELL Aesthetic Clinic regarding our services.
